We are Witan Solicitors, a disputes-led firm working from offices in Northampton, Birmingham, Holborn and Wellingborough.
We act for businesses and individuals on commercial litigation and debt recovery, construction and professional negligence disputes, insolvency, landlord and tenant matters, employment, family and divorce, Wills, trusts and probate, and criminal and business crime investigations.
The firm began in 1986 and took the Witan name in 2022. Our lawyers have been recognised in The Legal 500, and we are members of Resolution and of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
